in this release, we introduce a new explorer and some enhancements.

  1. Emails Log Explorer ======================

this explorer shows you all emails sent from your account(s) on the system to your inbox(es). this can enormously elevate your email tracking experience and help you better investigate possible email delivery failure reasons.

it can bring you the sent emails since up to one month and display the sent emails during up to one week.

like any other explorer, the account needs to have permission of accessing the “Email Log” explorer before getting advantage of it.

once you get the permission,you are good to go to filter on the period that suits your needs, choose whether you want to list all sent emails under your account (select “all I can see”) or only the emails that are sent to the email you set under your account’s “Email and Phone” management (then select “only sent to me”)

your output will mainly look like this:

in each record of the explorer, you can see the type of the sent email (scheduled report, notification, account verification, etc.) along with its subject, the receiver account (if the email was sent to an email address that is used as some account’s email), the receiver (target email address), receiver (CC)(if the email was sent as a carbon copy to some address), the sender email & name (the info of the sending account), sending time, succeeding status (whether it’s sent successfully or not), and the failure reason.

all columns are equiped with a filter to help you narrow your search. and you always can extend your output with the aid of “Displayed Columns” button:

  1. Reverse Geocoding on the Monitoring Page ===========================================

it’s possible now to show the current address of the vehicles on the monitoring page. all you need to do is to tick the option of showing the address in the messages table and get the address column.

once you get the address column, you’ll be asked to request the address of the vehicle of your interest. if you want to get the current address of all vehicles, just export the table to an excel file and you’ll get all the addresses in the file and on the system. this’s meant to be like this to keep the performance of the monitoring page as you used to it to be, not to import unnecessary addresses. you may note also that the address will keep showing as long as the vehicle is in the range of 50 meters of the current address, after that, you’ll be asked again to request the address if you’re still interested.

  1. Trips Page Enhancements ==========================

we replaced the “Alarms” column in the trips page tabs with a link called “Show alarms” to request them when necessary and bring you back the button “Last Month” to the input buttons filters.

once you request the alarms, they’ll be shown in all tabs.

  1. Devices Page Enhancement ===========================

for partner role only.

now you can check easily the company name under which each device is used. a new column is added to the devices’ page to show the company name.

the company name is also added to the assigned vehicle info
