Dynamic Mileage Report:

We are glad to introduce a new report that extends the functionalities of the vehicle driving dashboard report with more added features.

The report enables you to track statistical changes in diverse vehicle-provided data over time, including but not limited to recorded temperatures, total weight, total duration of door open, and many other useful statistics.

On top of that, the report introduces a new facility for selecting levels. Where, in addition to the already available method of choosing one level (site/category/vehicle), the report offers a new way to select multiple levels, that is, you can select multiple sites/cat/vehicles, or some sites and different vehicles belonging to different sites or categories. Moreover, the report enables you to select a sub-category of a higher sub-category.

When you choose to generate the report using the “Multiple” method, you can search for the target level as always, considering 2 levels of sub-category too, then you need to click on “select” to add the level to the desired input list. If you decide to remove a level from the input list, you can do so by clicking on the “x” icon next to the level name.

After determining the levels for whom you need to generate the report, select the time range over which you need to generate the report. Then, start choosing what columns to be displayed at the output; here you can find various possibilities of what info to show.

Lastly, you can select whether you want to show the number of temperature alarms fired for each vehicle in the selected time range. If you choose to show them, you need to choose which temperature alarm conditions to consider when counting the alarms.

Eventually, click “generate” and check the results. The report will display the results using the grid view and —as always- you can benefit from the grid capabilities (mentioned here) for better output arrangement.
