6-2-2
Release 6.2.2
In this release we introduce the Magnetic Door Sensor and a new enhancement to our platform’s augmented arguments feature.
1. Magnetic Door Sensor
We are excited to announce that we added a new sensor type for the door sensor module — the Magnetic Door Sensor. This new sensor type allows for the door status to be read through the digital inputs or via the BLE sensors.
With the Magnetic Door Sensor, you can now choose whether the door status is provided via a digital input or a magnetic sensor directly from the vehicle module configuration as shown below.
When choosing the magnetic sensor, the system will interpret the BLE custom parameters -as set in the configurations- into the door status. The mapping between the parameters and the sensor numbers on the system is as follows:
-
BLE #1 custom #1 corresponds the magnetic sensor number #1
-
BLE #2 custom #1 corresponds the magnetic sensor number #2
-
BLE #3 custom #1 corresponds the magnetic sensor number #3
-
BLE #4 custom #1 corresponds the magnetic sensor number #4
This is currently supported for Teltonika devices only.
2. Augmented Arguments Enhancements:
We are glad to announce the latest enhancements to our platform’s augmented arguments feature, which includes the following updates:
1 . New Humidity Resolver: We have added a new resolver to the augmented arguments to support humidity values scaling. This new enhancement allows you to select the humidity resolver from the second step in the rules wizard and set the correct factor to scale the received values. It is important to note that the humidity is a percentage value, and any scaled value outside of the range [0-100] will be ignored.
2 . Support for FMB120-Warehouse Device: We are pleased to announce that we now support the warehouse device “FMB120-Warehouse” with augmented arguments. This enables users to take advantage of the advanced features of augmented arguments with this device, improving the accuracy and efficiency of data collection and analysis.
We are confident that these enhancements will provide greater flexibility and customization options to meet your specific needs, making your experience with our platform even more seamless and efficient.
3. Estimated time for arrival to the next point(ETA for next point):
We are thrilled to introduce a new feature called Next Point ETA on safee monitoring page, available for users with a JMS license. With Next Point ETA, you can now conveniently track the estimated time of arrival (ETA) to the next waypoint for your vehicles in real-time.
Enabling this feature is quick and easy. Just navigate to the JMS parameters in the available card info and add it to the selected information you want to be displayed on the monitoring page. By doing so, you gain access to more accurate and detailed information regarding your fleet’s location and expected arrival time.
Next Point ETA proves to be a valuable addition to our monitoring page, providing users with the ability to stay well-informed about the anticipated arrival time at each subsequent point along their journey. In addition to the overall ETA to the final destination, this feature empowers you to monitor the estimated arrival time at the next station, offering valuable insights throughout the entire trip.
