Release 6.4.1

In this release, we introduce a new enhancement and some bug fixes.

Alarm-driven Commands:

We are excited to announce that we have made significant improvements to our alarm-driven commands feature, tailored to better meet your specific requirements. We are delighted to inform you that you now have the flexibility to choose the alarm condition instances that trigger command scheduling based on your preferences. Additionally, you can select the specific alarm from a group of alarms associated with your alarm condition, ensuring precise command triggering.

To take advantage of this feature, simply navigate to the alarm-driven commands page and access the “add” wizard. After selecting the desired alarm type, you can specify the alarm condition instance(s) responsible for initiating the selected alarms. This ensures that the command will be scheduled accurately when the designated alarm is triggered.

Here are some important points to consider while configuring your wizard:

  • If you select specific alarm condition instance(s), the command will only be scheduled if one of the chosen alarm types is triggered by the instances you have selected.
  • If you prefer not to link your commands with alarm conditions, you can simply ignore this step and proceed accordingly.
