In this release, we introduce some new enhancements.

  1. Scheduled Report Improvement:

In recognition of the importance of scheduled reports, Safee has implemented some enhancements. A new field “Execute report for the past” has been added to the report scheduler allowing to schedule reports for execution at specific times and for designated periods.

Let’s make it clearer through an example.

For example: If you need to receive the scheduled report every day for the last 12 hours, you will specify in the “Next Execution Time” the time when you want to receive the scheduled report and choose 1 day in the “Send the report every:” option and 12 hours in the “Execute report for the past:” option, as shown in the image below:

  1. Odometer in Maintenance Task Explorer:

For more profound maintenance tracking, we have introduced an optional column that allows you to easily view and track odometer values while exploring maintenance tasks. This valuable addition provides greater flexibility and insight for companies managing their maintenance activities.

  1. Filter out bad order messages:

we converted the logic of showing the bad order messages on the vehicle history page for the sake of more convenient tracking. now, the vehicle history page will exclude the out-of-order messages by default; if you need to show them for troubleshooting purposes, you can easily tick the option “show bad order messages” on the filters pannel and then filter.
