Release 6.4.6
In this release, we introduce more enhancements to the maintenance feature.
Maintenance Enhancements:
Continuing our persistent maintenance service enhancement, we are glad to announce the following new facilities to the maintenance report as well as to the maintenance task explorer.
Maintenance Explorer:
The explorer now can show the whole level under which the vehicle is located. The “site, category, subcategory, and sub-subcategory” columns are hidden columns by default, and you are free to show them with the aid of “show columns” button. Moreover, we added a new column “Constraint Parameters” to show the detailed parameters of the task generator constraints that caused the task to be due.
Maintenance Report:
The report is now equipped with more advanced filters for better tasks tracking. From now on, you can choose whether to filter according to the date when the tasks became due; that is the “Created at” date filter, or according to the date when the tasks were resolved; that is the “Resolved at” date filter. Moreover, you can choose whether you need the report to include the tasks generated by all task generators in its calculations or only a few of them; that is the “Task Generators” filter.
And for more convenience, new aggregations are added! You can display any aggregation (sum, min, max, & average) needed from the following available ones:
-
Pending time: the time elapsed between changing the task state from due to in-progress
-
Resolution time: the time elapsed between changing the task state from in-progress to resolved
-
Overdue time: time elapsed between changing the task state from due to overdue
-
Overall time: time elapsed between changing the task state from due to resolved
-
Cost: any aggregation you need to introduce on the cost value.
After setting all needed filters, the report will retrieve the data from all selected tasks as described on its landing page.
