With its dedicated permission under reports permissions, you have full control over this powerful tool.

Customize Your Report Input:

Empower yourself with the choice to include ignition off times or focus solely on idle states (ignition on and speed at 0) when calculating idle times.
Take charge of your data by determining the specific weekdays you want to exclude, allowing the report to showcase a comprehensive overview of the entire week.
Set your preferred week start day and witness an organized output tailored to your preferences.
Select the precise information you want to display for vehicles, drivers, locations, and daily mileage data from a wide range of displayed columns.
Dive deeper into your data by filtering the weekly aggregated data to focus on the insights that matter most to you.

Discover the true essence of your journey with the average speed calculation, which determines the average speed over a defined time range (daily or weekly). By dividing the total distance traveled during that period by the moving time interval, you gain invaluable insights into your overall performance.

Enhanced Report Output:

The output is arranged by week, providing a comprehensive overview of each selected week within your chosen time range (excluding weekends). With just a glance, you’ll access detailed data for all selected vehicles from your input, empowering you to make data-driven decisions with ease.

We’re thrilled to unveil an exciting new feature that enhances the flexibility and comprehensiveness of your tracking capabilities. Introducing Trip Tagging, a powerful tool that allows you to add tags and descriptions to your vehicle’s trips, revolutionizing the way you organize and analyze your data.

The new trip features are controlled by new permissions under the trip permissions as shown below

Manage trip tags: With this permission, you have the ability to add custom tags that can be assigned to your trips, ensuring seamless organization and categorization.
Assign trip tags: This permission empowers you to control the visibility of the new tag column and assign existing tags to your trips, streamlining your data management process.
Edit trip description: Take charge of your trip descriptions by controlling the visibility of the new description column and editing the text to provide contextual information for each trip.

Once all the necessary permissions are granted, you’ll discover a range of exciting features on the trips page.

At the input:

Access a link to a dedicated page for managing your trip tags, empowering you to customize your tagging system to suit your needs.
Utilize a new filter to refine your trips output, focusing solely on predefined tags that matter most to you.

- Manag trips tags:

Clicking on the link mention in point 1, a management page will open as shown below:

Simply click the “add” button to create a new tag.
Give it a suitable name and choose an appropriate color to visually distinguish it.
Save your tag, and you’re all set! You have the flexibility to edit or delete any tag directly from this page.

After creating the needed tags and setting the suitable filters, you are good to go to hit on “filter” and get the trips output.

Effortless Trip Filtering and Output:

Once you’ve created your desired tags and set suitable filters, you’re ready to unleash the power of Trip Tagging.

Customize your view by selecting the desired columns to show or hide using the “displayed columns” list.
Assign multiple tags to each trip from the “Tags” column, allowing for detailed categorization. Filter based on assigned tags to quickly access the information you need.
Enhance your trip descriptions by adding text (maximum 500 characters) in the “Description” column. Utilize keyword filtering in this column to conveniently locate specific trips.
