Maintenance Exciting Enhancements!

In this highly anticipated release, we are thrilled to unveil a range of new enhancements to our maintenance service. Get ready to experience a new level of convenience and efficiency with these two amazing features now at your fingertips!

1. Prompt Tasks:

Say goodbye to hassle and embrace flexibility! We’ve introduced a revolutionary constraint called “prompt” in our maintenance task generator. With this new addition, you can create maintenance tasks on-the-fly, instantly addressing any urgent maintenance needs. The “prompt” constraint acts as an immediate task generator, providing you with due maintenance tasks that perfectly align with the current situation on land.

2. Early Maintenance:

Stay one step ahead of reality! Our latest feature empowers you to trigger maintenance tasks immediately, bringing unparalleled consistency to your operations. By requesting early maintenance, you can generate tasks from the corresponding generators before they are actually due. These tasks function just like regular maintenance tasks, allowing you to take all the necessary actions, track progress, and resolve issues promptly.

How does it work?

  • Access the all-new “Early Maintenance” page from the maintenance tab, as shown in the image below.
  • Select the vehicle for which you want to trigger a maintenance task, and behold! The system will display a comprehensive list of all maintenance tasks associated with the selected vehicle, complete with their vital details.
  • To generate an early maintenance task from periodic or prompt-based generators, ensure that all previous tasks have been resolved. This way, you can unlock the full potential of early maintenance.
  • Please note that if generators have specific date, odometer, or ignition time constraints and have already generated their expected tasks, generating early maintenance tasks from them won’t be possible.

3. Maintenance Task Explorer Enhancement:

But wait, there’s more! We’ve added two new columns to the maintenance task explorer, giving you even more control over your maintenance processes. These new columns provide valuable information, including the last location of the vehicle when the task was resolved (considered as the workshop location). Additionally, we’re introducing a maintenance card that you can easily export to PDF for printing purposes. Now, you can have a comprehensive overview of your maintenance tasks and share them effortlessly.

The new columns can be shown through the “show columns” selector.

And the maintenance card can be shown from the task card column.
