Data Importer Enhancements:

We have improved the data import pages, making them more comprehensive and flexible.

The enhancements have been introduced to:

  • Devices Importer

  • Vehicle/Device(s) Importer

  • Company Importer

The new enhancement simplifies the process of identifying new attributes to be included in the resulting template and streamlines their processing when uploading the filled template.

In all importers, follow these steps to benefit from this enhancement:

  1. Customize the Import Template: Select the columns that interest you.

  1. Fill in Default Values: Enter the required default values to be applied to all data entries in the template, making it easier to avoid filling them out in the excel sheet.

  1. Download the Customized Template and Fill it with your data.

  2. Update Existing Records: If you want to modify previously imported data, enable the “Update Existing Records” option and specify the reference column to be fixed while modifying the remaining data.

  1. Upload the Filled Template: Finally, upload the completed template.

  1. You can now insert all the correctly uploaded data and/or insert the records with warnings one by one, so you are fully aware of what is being inserted.
