Dashboards Enhancements:

Dashboard page is now divided into 3 pages, each one is dedicated to show statistical information about different assets. They are:

  • Vehicles Dashboard: this page shows statistical information about the vehicles under the company. It contains several comprehensive widgets about the vehicles with the ability to show/hide widgets. As always, you can click on the targeted level from the company tree at the side bar to show statics about the selected level only.

You always can show each widget in a new tab as well as export each widget as an image or to an excel sheet.

  • Drivers Dashboard: this page shows statistical information about the drivers under the company. It contains several comprehensive widgets about the drivers with the ability to show/hide widgets. on this new page, you can click on the targeted level from the drivers’ groups tree at the side bar to show statics about the selected level only.

You may pay attention to the following notes regarding some widgets:

  • Days of Work (within Last 30 Days): the day will be considered as a workday if the working hours (moving + idle while ignition-on) exceed the threshold you set in the widget settings (just hoover over the widget to show the settings). the threshold you set will be saved for your account.

  • Driver Performance Score (Last 24 Hours): the results will be based on the selected formula from the widget settings. the selected formula will be saved per account

  • Driver Maintenance Tasks (within Last 30 Days) : it shows the latest driver’s name assigned to the vehicles with maintenance tasks (due, resolved, etc.); i.e. the number of maintenance tasks displayed for each driver in the “maintenance tasks” widget is the number of tasks of the currently assigned vehicle to the driver. You always can show each widget in a new tab as well as export each widget as an image or to an excel sheet. As for the driver’s new widgets, you can also control how many drivers you want to show in each widget.

  • All: this page shows statistical information about all vehicles and drivers under the company. It contains several comprehensive widgets about all assets with the ability to show/hide widgets. on this new page, you can click on “open dashboard in a new tab” to display the dashboards solely in a new page.

You always can show each widget in a new tab as well as export each widget as an image or to an excel sheet.
