Asset Attributes Management:

We enlarged the concept of asset attributes management to enable the user to update their asset attributes seamlessly. The feature is now limited to updating the dates related to the assets –when applicable- as well as deleting assets.

The main advantage is that now you can update your assets in bulk!

Although you still have the ordinary individual updating capabilities, this feature helps you do some update actions for multiple assets at once.

To access this feature, make sure that you have the needed permission, then follow these steps:

Before digging into it, it’s worth reminding that this feature should be granted to responsible users, as any bad usage or mistake cannot be mitigated or undone.

• From the management tab on the company admin account, you’ll find the new menu entitled “Asset Attributes Management”. Click on it to open the available options.

• Select the asset of your interest to start updating

• Let’s select “vehicles” to explain how it works

1. Select the action you want to introduce on your assets

2. The assets widgets will show you statistical information about how many assets you have, how many you filter on, and how many you select.

3. Make sure to display all columns you need to ease your work

4. Search for any keyword to access the target assets quickly

5. Use the columns filters as suits your needs

6. Once all filters/keywords search are set and done, you can start selecting the target assets by either hold the “ctrl” key on your keyboard and click on all needed assets or if you want to select all filtered, click on the first one, hold the “shift” key on your keyboard and click on the last one you need.

7. After that, you can click on the selected action button in the “Selected Assets” widget.

Asset Attributes’ List:

We renamed the page responsible for setting up the attributes you need to show on the system pages to “Attributes List”.
