Ignition Time from CANbus

We enhanced the way of setting the ignition time of the vehicle.

Key changes

  • Added a new option to use CANbus engine working hours as the ignition time when available.
  • This option can be enabled from the CANbus Configuration page.

  • If you select the option Calculated, then the system will accumulate the ignition time depending on the ignition status in each received message.

  • If you select the option CAN-Bus, then the system will use the provided Total Engine Hours from the CAN-Bus as receivied.

  • Improved Notifications

    • Ignition time is now included in alarm notification emails for better visibility.

⚠️ Important Notice

  • It is strongly recommended not to manually edit ignition time or rely on CAN Bus values unless you are 100% certain of their accuracy and reliability, as incorrect usage may lead to inaccurate results and reports.
